IT Service Manager Position
You are responsible for delivering end-to-end services that meet the technical needs of business units. To achieve this, you will establish long-term service and contract agreements in infrastructure and end-user services.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted partner and advisor to clients, building personal relationships with key stakeholders and taking ownership during escalations and outages.
* Implement initiatives to guarantee quality, performance, and cost-effective services.
* Develop and implement a successful service delivery approach to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve predetermined service level agreements.
* Report on performance, SLA's, financials, HR, and customer relationships towards senior management.
* Develop an annual strategy to enhance services under your responsibility.
* Maintain communication with architects to discuss the impact of new technologies and the architectural roadmap.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A Master's degree in IT, Business economics, or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of three years of experience in service delivery management, managing large outsourced IT infrastructure service contracts.
* Extensive knowledge and experience with ITIL, project management, and budget management.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure environments (Data Centers, Network, and Workplace services).
* Strong communicative and analytical skills to solve problems in different situations.
* A team player with a flexible attitude, able to take initiative and handle issues diplomatically.
* Ability to manage, motivate, and coach employees with an open and positive attitude.
* Results-driven, with the ability to set priorities while maintaining optimal service levels.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Willingsness to travel abroad regularly.
