Senior Project Director
We seek a seasoned professional to oversee major projects across Benelux. The ideal candidate will provide commercial phase information to ensure seamless project execution and be the primary contact for strategic clients on project matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex projects and manage international clients with high standards.
* Oversee project delivery processes tailored to meet client needs, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
* Collaborate with various teams for efficient project execution.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance performance.
* Develop local project managers through coaching and mentoring.
* Monitor key performance indicators, including cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
About You
* 10 years of experience in project management, construction, or logistics.
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly effective in multicultural contexts.
* Capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
* Willingness to travel regularly throughout Benelux.
