Ben jij een commercieel talent met een creatieve inslag en een teamplayer? Heb je affiniteit met marketing acties, karton, retailers en A-merken? Hou je van creatieve briefings en marketing waves? Spreek je Nederlands, Frans en Engels? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou Voor een van onze accountmanagers zijn wij op zoek naar een drietalige (NL-FR-ENG) binnendienst medewerker voor de Belgische en Franse markt.
Wat ga je doen ?
Jij bent de spil tussen de accountmanager, klant, het creatieve team, en de productie. Je volgt de briefings van de accountmanager op en wordt in alle communicatie meegenomen. Als tandem van je buitendienst collega, begrijp je wat de klant wil, vertaal je dit samen naar technische en maakbare oplossingen, en zorg je er vooral voor dat het proces van A tot Z intern soepel verloopt.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:
* Opstarten en begeleiden van het productieproces in samenwerking met ons interne productieteam.
* Projectmanagement: van aanvraag tot oplevering zorg jij dat alles op tijd verloopt.
* Sales binnendienst taken: je stelt offertes op en verzamelt alle info voor de orders.
* Sparren met ontwerpers over de deadlines en creatieve noden van de klant.
* Meedenken met klanten deadlines respecteren en negociëren en zorgen voor budgettaire oplossingen.
Wat breng jij mee?
* Een afgeronde MBO/HBO-opleiding in een communicatieve, commerciële of ontwerpgerichte richting of bachelor / master Communicatie, Marketing.
* Ervaring in een reclamebureau of grafische sector met karton, verpakkingen of POS-materialen is een plus.
* Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, in Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn een must. Mondeling en schriftelijk.
* Hands-on mentaliteit en organisatorisch sterk.
* Stressbestendig.
* Je schakelt makkelijk tussen commercieel en creatief denken.

Are you a commercial talent with a creative streak and a team player? Do you have an affinity for marketing campaigns, cardboard, retailers, and A-brands? Do you enjoy creative briefings and marketing waves? Do you speak Dutch, French, and English? Then this position is for you We are looking for a trilingual (NL-FR-ENG) inside sales representative for one of our account managers, covering the Belgian and French markets.
What we expect:
You are the link between the account manager, the client, the creative team, and production. You will follow the account manager's briefings and be included in all communications. Working alongside your field sales colleague, you'll understand the customer's needs, translate these into technical and feasible solutions, and, above all, ensure a smooth internal process from start to finish.
Your activities include:
Initiating and supervising the production process in collaboration with our internal production team.
Project management: from request to delivery, you'll ensure everything runs on time.
Inside sales duties: preparing quotes and gathering all order information.
Communicate with designers about the customer's deadlines and creative needs.
Collaborate with customers, meet deadlines, negotiate, and ensure budgetary solutions.
Your profile:
A completed MBO/HBO degree in a communication, business, or design-oriented field, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications or Marketing.
Experience in an advertising agency or the graphic arts sector with cardboard, packaging, or POS materials is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English are essential, both verbal and written. Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills.
Stress-resistant.
You easily switch between commercial and creative thinking.
