About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and optimize our production activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing production operations through our ERP system (SAP) and actively contribute to the migration towards Odoo. The Production Coordinator will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
* Production planning: Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
* Team management: Lead and coordinate a production team of 3 employees.
* ERP systems: Operate and manage production workflows in SAP, while supporting the transition to Odoo.
* KPI monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators applicable to production efficiency and quality.
* Technical expertise: Apply knowledge of mechanical parts and ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings.
* Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports directly to the CEO.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Odoo).
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
* Proven experience in production planning and KPI follow-up.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Respect and application of ISO 13485 regulations in production processes.
* Familiarity with working in certified companies and adherence to regulatory standards.
