As an IT L2 IMAC Support Engineer, you will provide on-site and remote support for one of our major transportation clients in Brussels. Your mission includes handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, incident resolution, and staging tasks for various hardware and software environments. You will work across multiple sites in Brussels and collaborate closely with the client’s IT teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Perform on-site and remote IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change).
Handle incident resolution for hardware and software issues.
Support and maintain PCs, desktops, laptops, smartphones, and video conferencing equipment.
Execute software installations and staging activities for laptops and desktops.
Solid experience in L1/L2 support activities.
Strong knowledge of: Hardware : PCs, desktops, smartphones, conferencing systems.
Software installation and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Languages: French (B2) and Dutch (B2).
