Overview
A major logistics company in Brussels is looking for a Freelance PMO to support programme delivery and ensure strong governance across multiple projects. The focus is on managing timelines, budgets, and resources to keep initiatives on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
* Coordinate resource planning and allocation
* Produce PMO reports, dashboards, and executive updates
* Support risk, issue, and change management
* Maintain consistent governance and documentation standards
Skills & Experience
* Proven PMO experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain
* Strong planning, financial tracking, and reporting capability
* Skilled in stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* English required; French or Dutch beneficial
