We are looking for a skilled and experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our team.
What we expect:
You will provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks
You will contribute to establish reliable financial information performing a wide variety of tasks
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations and accounts receivable and issue invoices
Respond to queries from internal and external customers
Contribute to month-end closing and reporting and quarter end closing
Assist in preparing accurate and timely quarterly financial reporting
What we expect
Demonstrable experience in a similar position
Experience of working in the Production industry (dealing with inventory, production and standard costs)
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software's, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Analytical minded, accurate and very well organized
Motivated team player
Quick learner
Proactive attitude in solving problems
Qualified ideally to degree level in accounting
Languages : fluent in both French and English
