About the role: We are seeking an IT Project Engineer who play a key role in a large-scale Windows Security Patching program for a pharmaceutical client, the project is transitioning from delivery to steady-state operations. We are looking for a M2O Coordinator to own and drive this transition, ensuring all processes, documentation, and governance are in place for a seamless handover. Responsibilities: Define and execute the Move-to-Operation strategic plan (process, people, tools, governance). - Design the target operating model: roles, escalation paths, SLA/KPI framework. - Prepare and present weekly status updates to stakeholders (progress, risks, blockers). - Document all operational processes in compliance with CFR 21 Part 11 and GxP standards. - Coordinate the knowledge
