Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of metallic construction projects within the Energy Transition department, from tender phase to on-site delivery.
* Coordinate all technical, contractual, financial, and planning aspects of projects.
* Supervise field operations, including logistics, equipment, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
* Oversee procurement, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
* Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (EN, ASME, HSE).
* Monitor project progress, manage variations, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the department.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience managing metallic construction or heavy industrial projects.
* Strong understanding of metal structures, welding techniques (TIG, electrode, etc.), and project coordination.
* Skilled in project planning, contract management, site supervision, and quality assurance.
* Fluent in French; English and Dutch are strong assets.
