To keep things smooth for our customers, we’re looking for a Technical Support & Integration Engineer who’s ready to own customer onboarding and handle complex support cases with confidence and a smile.
️ What you’ll do
* Lead technical onboarding projects for new B2B customers
* Configure SSO, access control systems, and integrations
* Act as project manager with both internal and client teams
* Translate customer needs into actionable technical steps
* Provide technical support after go-live
* Handle data imports/exports, backups, and migrations using scripts
* Troubleshoot issues, read logs, work with APIs
* Work with devs to escalate and resolve bugs
* Keep documentation clear and helpful
* Proactively improve support and onboarding processes
* Spot and fix recurring issues
* Help improve internal tools and client experience
What you’ll work with
* Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Angular, Java (Quarkus), Ionic
* Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
* Tools: Postman, Slack, GitLab, ...
* You don’t need to code full-time, but you should feel at home editing scripts, handling JSON, and making API calls.
