Senior Technical Lead – .NET / Azure
We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Lead (.NET / Azure) to join a dynamic and innovative IT environment and play a key role in technical leadership, modernization, and backend transformation initiatives.
Start Date: ASAP - long-term mission
Languages: English fluent) + French and Dutch (one fluent, the other one basic)
As Senior Technical Lead, you will:
Lead and support a team of .NET backend developers
Perform code reviews and ensure development quality
Support Azure integration and cloud migration initiatives
Act as SPOC for cross-team technical coordination
Improve application performance and lifecycle management
Coach junior and medior developers
NET framework upgrades and migrations
You will work closely with architects, analysts, developers, and project leaders in a collaborative environment.
️ NET Backend development
~NET C# and Entity Framework
~ General knowledge in IT platforms
NET Core and migrations (e.g. .NET 6 → .NET 8+)
Client data platforms experience
Team player with leadership capabilities
Shape modern backend architecture
Lead cross-team initiatives
Work on cloud transformation projects
