Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration of systems or applications with local impact.
2. Installation and configuration of system components and server software.
3. Integration of servers in local environment.
4. Monitoring of servers.
5. Incident analysis and resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution: preliminary
diagnosis of software and hardware problems, co-ordination with other IT departments and
with 3rd party maintenance contractors.
6. Maintenance of the server procedures manual and disaster recovery plans related to
managed systems and applications.
7. User administration and user right management in a Windows environment.
8. Monitoring and administration of local “print and file” servers.
9. Handling of backups and restore operations (user and configuration data).
10. Monitoring and administration of network resources like shared printers network drives,
SharePoint resources etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
11. Advanced IT product knowledge and experience.
12. Highly autonomous and IT skilled in IT management tools.
13. Problem solving skills.
14. Very good skills in MS Windows Server, MS Office Applications, SharePoint services,
network storage and associated management technologies.
15. Writing documentation and user guide.
16. Provide support on all types of mobile devices and OS.
17. Maintenance of devices (update, testing and configuration).
18. Manage iTunes/Apple Configurator.
19. Very good knowledge of English and French.
