As part of Electrical-Optical Materials (EOM) business unit, you'll help drive innovation in materials that power satellites, enable night vision, and support cutting-edge electronics.What you'll do: As part of Project Engineering team, you’ll lead technical industrial projects from concept to completion—across production, infrastructure, and R&D.Defining project scope, deliverables, budget, and timelines.Assembling and leading multidisciplinary project teams.Overseeing technical design and preparing tender documents.Selecting and managing contractors and engineering firms.Monitoring resources and ensuring project execution.Maintaining client communication and managing scope changes.Reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.What you bring:Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in industrial project management.Proven track record of leading technical projects for at least 3 years.Broad technical knowledge across mechanics, electricity, piping, civil works.Strong grasp of project management methodologies.Analytical mindset with a strategic, helicopter view.Familiarity with electromechanics and chemistry.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Language:Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English.A little about us: Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
