Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with group standardsDeliver insightful management reporting, including variance analysis and KPI trackingAct as a business partner to plant leadership, supporting operational and strategic decisionsOwn budgeting and forecasting processes, working cross-functionally with production and supply chainMonitor and analyse cost performance, including standard costing, inventory, and margin analysisDrive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting systemsSupport capex planning and investment analysis for plant expansion and efficiency projectsLiaise with auditors and ensure compliance with local GAAP and group reporting requirementsContribute to ERP optimisation and digital finance initiatives
Candidate ProfileQualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)5–10 years' experience in controlling or finance roles within manufacturing or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of cost accounting and operational financeProven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholdersExperience in an international or group reporting environment is highly desirableAdvanced Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferredFluent in English ; Dutch or French is a strong advantageHands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced setting
