About the jobAs a Partner Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of Odoo Partners. Your main role will be to make your Partners grow and expand their Odoo customer base.Our partners are ERP integrators and IT companies that include Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the partners main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology, and drive their growth throughout the partnership journey.On top of that, youll also be in contact with a large diversity of prospects, from SMEs to large enterprises. Youll qualify their needs, deliver customized product demos, and act as a matchmaker by pairing them with the most suitable partner.You'll never get bored!
Challenges Real responsibilities from day 1Master Odoos features and become outstanding at convincing prospectsWork closely with Partners of all sizes and maturityDevelop and share your expertise across multiple areas, including marketing, sales, and project implementationEach Partner is unique. Youll need to be proactive and think creatively to reach your goalsWe expect you to challenge your Partners and play a key role in their growthResponsibilities Act as business coach. You'll have an impact across all areas on your partner's business. You can find the list of our partners by countryOnboard new Odoo Partners, and create action plans to make existing partners grow. Partners managers can define the path of their partners success themselvesEstablish long term win-win relationships with your partner portfolioWork on inbound leads, and manage the full sales cycle: qualify customer needs, convince them with tailored demos, negotiate pricingConnect customers with the right Odoo Partner and close the deal Fiorella explains (totally worth it!).
