Sales Leadership Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leadership Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive sales growth in West and North Europe with a focus on the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to support Sales Leaders in achieving their goals
* Provide training and coaching to Sales Leaders on Nu Skin's compensation plan, business opportunities, channel growth, and policies and procedures
* Built strong relationships with Sales Leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored support
* Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze reports to optimize sales performance
* Communicate effectively with Sales Leaders through regular calls, emails, and social media
* Represent the company at internal and external events, including presentations and meetings
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales leadership development, account management, or a related field
* Strong communication skills in Spanish, French, and English, with additional European languages an asset
* Able to work independently and as part of a multicultural, multi-geographical team
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to goal setting and achievement
* Excellent coaching and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
* Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to changing priorities
