KPMG Forensic is growing, and to support our expanding department, we are seeking a Manager to join our enthusiastic team.
We assist clients in resolving complex and high-value puzzles by helping them prevent, detect, and respond to fraud, misconduct, and non-compliance. Our expertise spans fraud risk management, investigations, intelligence, economics, accounting, law, and technology, combined with industry-specific skills.
KPMG Forensic provides practical advice to help clients address:
* Prevention and detection of fraud or financial crime;
* Fraud, misconduct, and corruption investigations;
* Tracing funds, assets, companies, and individuals;
* Commercial or deal-related disputes;
* Regulatory compliance (AML, ABC, sanctions, embargos, etc.);
* Third Party Risk Management (TPRM);
* ESG Fraud/Integrity;
* Reputation risk management related to buying or selling a business;
* Intellectual property and contract governance (contract compliance).
As a Manager, you will lead and manage short- and long-term forensic projects across the public and private sectors. These projects include, but are not limited to, the following domains:
Fraud Investigations:
* Understanding investigation objectives;
* Conducting detailed inquiries and examinations;
* Applying data analytics techniques to support investigations;
* Summarizing investigative work and findings in forensic reports;
* Identifying remedial actions to help clients prevent future incidents.
Fraud Risk Management:
* Identifying fraud and misconduct risks;
* Assessing the maturity of anti-fraud programs;
* Enhancing and designing anti-fraud and misconduct programs;
* Utilizing data analytics for prevention, detection, and response.
Compliance Management:
* Assessing and improving compliance programs;
* Advising on regulatory updates and ensuring compliance;
* Addressing ABC concerns;
* Addressing sanctions compliance.
Contract Compliance:
* Verifying compliance with contractual terms with third parties;
* Ensuring third-party compliance with contractual obligations.
Commercial or Deal-related Disputes:
Providing accounting advice and expert witness evidence to support dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation, mediation, and insurance claims.
