Responsibilities
Organize and direct all catering sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets
Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activity
Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports
Qualifications
Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Management, or equivalent in related discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant experience of which 1 years in similar capacity.
Ambitious, independent, dynamic with business acumen
Strong analytical with excellent planning, organization and communication skills
Good computer literacy
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
