SECURITY ENGINEER / SECURITY PROJECT MANAGER LANGUAGES REQUIRED: DUTCH AND ENGLISH
MODE OF WORK: FULL TIME (HYBRID AND 2-3 DAYS ON-SITE)
CONTRACT DURATION: The Security Engineer/project manager is responsible for the end-to-end realization of security initiatives and projects within the Digital organization.
This role combines project management, in-depth technical expertise and an advisory function to strengthen and secure the digital resilience of the organization within different Digital domains (Infrastructure, software development and OT).
Security project management and realization.
Responsible for setting up, coordinating and executing security projects from A to Z.
Combination of project-based management and hands-on technical implementation.
Ensuring quality and security-by-design principles in projects.
Development and implementation of security processes
Analyze, define and implement security processes, procedures and controls
Continuous improvement of existing security processes based on incident analysis, risk assessments, lessons learned, etc.
Technical security expertise
Leveraging in-depth knowledge across modern security platforms, including Microsoft Defender suite, Entra ID / Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Evaluating, configuring and optimizing security tools and solutions.
Support with troubleshooting and incident analysis on complex security issues.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders within the services of Digital (Infrastructure, Software Development, OT environments...)
Advising on technical security implementations, architecture choices, risk assessments and mitigation measures, etc.
Active contribution to security governance and the security organization.
Security frameworks and compliance
Cyber Fundamentals
Support with compliance processes and audits.
Use broad experience as a System Engineer to correctly analyze and assess incidents and events.
Contribute to proactive security posture management.
Security evangelism
Taking on a role within the technical landscape to propagate security and strengthen security policy and best practices within Digital.
Supporting other teams and projects as a security advisor.
Digital Cybersecurity specialist.
Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Security Architecture.
Security Expertise.

Demonstrable experience in security project management and technical implementation.
Strong technical background within enterprise IT environment.
In-depth knowledge of security concepts, architectures and solutions.
Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
Broad experience as a System Engineer is essential.
Nederlands: Native or bilingual proficiency.
