Position
Crew Lead of our Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 Alaners – 4 engineers). The Crew Lead is a technical manager responsible for organising crew work and delivering the crew output.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and optimise alan.com – the high‑traffic platform that discovers and converts members across all our markets.
* Power up acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, etc.) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale. Keep pace with marketing trends and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada.
* Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly – from discovery, quote to final signup.
* Support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan's market position.
Collaboration
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product teams (Engineering, Data, PM, Design).

Candidate Profile
* 6+ years of engineering experience.
* Experience leading a team.
* Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences at scale.
* Good experience building and shipping web applications.
* Genuinely interested in the business side – understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics and growth drivers.

The Engineering Team
Our stack is React, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership – you build it, you own it.
Location & Remote Work
Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium or Spain. We offer remote work flexibility but value in‑person collaboration.
