Join our team as a Clinical Research Associate – Junior & Senior Roles

We’re expanding our team and have two exciting opportunities available:
* Junior CRA – 1–2 years’ clinical research experience
* Senior CRA – 3+ years’ experience, confident in working autonomously and mentoring others
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical studies, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, data quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative medical technologies to patients faster.
What you’ll be doing
* Monitor and manage clinical study sites across Belgium, France & Ireland
* Ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
* Support patient recruitment and retention activities
* Conduct site visits and maintain accurate Investigator Site Files
* Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
* Collaborate with investigators, IRBs/ECs, vendors, and internal teams
* Share insights and updates with stakeholders to keep studies on track
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master’s, PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred)
* Clinical research experience: 1–2 years for junior, 3+ years for senior
* Medical device monitoring or equivalent experience is a plus
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
* Willingness to travel up to 80% within Belgium, France, and Ireland
* Role can be fully home-based when not travelling
