Within the airfreight division, you will be part of a motivated team that supports global operations for high‑value pharma customers. Your new role As an Airfreight Freight Forwarder in Pharma, you act as the primary contact for pharma clients and manage the full operational handling of their airfreight shipments, import and export. You coordinate bookings, provide instructions to internal departments, maintain daily communication with stakeholders, ensure compliance with GDP and company standards, and resolve any irregularities that arise. You are responsible for accurate file handling, documentation, invoicing and post‑flight communication, ensuring each shipment meets the strict quality requirements of the pharma sector. Your profile - You have initial experience in airfreight forwarding or a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.- Knowledge of pharma procedures or quality systems is a strong asset. - You communicate clearly. - You handle customer inquiries with confidence. - You work accurately in a fast‑moving environment. - Fluency in English is essential.
