Our ambition is clear: to strengthen our position in the Belux region, with a strong focus on Belgium, and to support our customers in their long-term digital and operational transformation. To support this growth, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial commercial profile: Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager / Sales Manager for the France – Belgium – Luxembourg region. Profiles such as Business Unit Manager – Éditique are also welcome. Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for a strategic and technically advanced éditique offering. Your key responsibilities: Developing and expanding existing key accounts (mainly in France) Actively driving new business development in Belgium Positioning BÖWE SYSTEC as a long-term, value-adding partner Managing complex sales cycles end-to-end, from consulting and negotiation to contract closing You combine technical understanding with a strong commercial mindset and take full ownership of your market and results. Fluent French is essential. Knowledge of English is a strong asset. You are a results-driven B2B sales professional with experience in consultative and complex sales environments. What sets you apart: Proven experience in éditique solutions, mail processing, document management or related systems A successful track record in complex B2B sales with long decision-making cycles Strong relationship-building skills, from operational level to C-level Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into tailor-made solutions High level of autonomy, structure and a clear business-oriented mindset Integrity, reliability and strong professional ethics You manage your sales pipeline, territory and proposals in a structured and efficient way.
