Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing targeted campaigns to support brand awareness, thought leadership initiatives, and lead generation across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, paid search, etc.) that align with marketing and business objectives.
* Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
* Collaborate with content, design, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
* Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve campaign strategies.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a professional services environment.
* Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing tools, CRM systems).
* Knowledge and experience in core SEO/GEO concepts and strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Native or business fluency in spoken and written English.
* Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent marketing is a plus.
