Function
The functional analyst is responsible for analyzing the business processes of the INAMI (National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance). They are involved upstream of the project, precisely describing the current and future state of the process. They lead workshops, organize and manage meetings necessary to gather information and draft the deliverables required to define the project, while adhering to the standards and methodology in place at the INAMI.
Job Responsibilities
* He organizes the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as desired by INAMI;
* He drafts the documents necessary to define the process so that they can be used directly by analysts for the implementation of the solution;
* He ensures throughout the project implementation that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the Business.

* Communication: He organizes and leads the necessary meetings or workshops with the Business. He demonstrates good listening skills;
* Conceptualize: Translate abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions;
* Analyze the information: Analyze the data in a targeted manner and judge the information critically;
* Ability to understand across departments: to have a view beyond the boundaries of the various services/divisions and to assess the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization.
