Our mission
In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs – named Edgard and Cooper – pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. When they couldn’t find it, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

The Country Manager BENELUX will lead all things Sales & Marketing in this strategic region, ensuring targets are met while maintaining our pack culture.

* Own the BENELUX commercial strategy plan, prioritize, and execute for maximum impact.
* Recruit, develop, and inspire a Sales & Marketing dream team aligned with our values.
* Shape Edgard & Cooper’s market presence online, offline, and everywhere our furry fans notice us.
* Drive category growth, 4P execution, and D2C initiatives in collaboration with EU Brand and Markets Excellence.
* Activate bold marketing and trade campaigns that excite shoppers, in-store and online.
* Partner with Finance and Operations to manage the P&L, forecasts, and growth plans.
* Be the heartbeat of the BENELUX team—keeping everyone motivated and aligned.
* 8+ years in commercial leadership (FMCG, consumer goods, or pet care a plus).
* Willingness to travel to the Netherlands biweekly or more.
* Proven record in leading Sales/Marketing teams and driving commercial growth.
* Strong skills in marketing, brand execution, category management, and 4P activation.
* Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Analytical, results‑driven, and fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
