Your future role
We'll look to you for:
1. Log Management:
1. Maintain and improve the existing solution:
2. Centralize logs on a dedicated server
3. Parse certain types of logs
4. Develop a simple web interface to assist the operator in sharing labeled logs on the server
5. Develop parsers for new types of logs
2. Database Management:
6. Manage and enhance the existing SQL database
7. Identify useful information in parsed logs and store it in the database
3. Log Analysis:
8. Define and calculate relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
9. Identify the signature (or pattern) of existing issues in our ticketing platform
10. Assist the expert in identifying the signature of new problems
4. Dashboard Development:
11. Develop a dynamic dashboard using open-source Python tools (such as Streamlit or Plotly's Dash) to facilitate comprehensive log analysis
12. Ensure that the dashboard provides real-time information and user-friendly interfaces for effective monitoring and troubleshooting
5. Train Architecture Presentation:
13. Create a structured database of key features of the onboard architecture by extracting relevant information from the train's configuration. This aims to:
14. Analyze the diversity of configurations across projects
15. Provide more context to the logs and correlate issues between projects
6. Introduction to AI:
16. Create a chatbot as first-line support on our ticketing platform
17. Guide diagnostics of a problem based on the feedback from the ticketing platform
18. Assist in ticket creation and log sharing
19. Extract key features of the onboard architecture from the train configuration (thousands of parameters)

25. Product & Domain knowledge
