Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and lead investigations into deviations, document findings in the quality system
* Investigate (market) complaints related to the packaging department
* Initiate and coordinate changes, execute change tasks
* Facilitate QRM activities and document in the quality system
* Lead projects arising from deviations, changes, and continuous improvements
* Conduct audits and defend the department during audits
The Pharmaceutical Specialist analyzes problems thoroughly and suggests effective improvements to prevent recurrence. Reports to the IPT Lead and collaborates with Operational Coaches, Quality, and SMEs for deviations and changes. Works with other Pharmaceutical Specialists to ensure consistent implementation of the role.
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry
* Deep knowledge of cGMP and quality systems (QSIP)
* Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, Lean, Six Sigma
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* Project management skills
* Analytical and conceptual skills
* Experience with pharmaceutical processes
* Ability to prioritize, work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and pragmatic in approach
