Day-to-day organization of car delivery procedures. Liaising with leasing and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxemburg and Netherlands about ongoing queries. Coordinate car pick-ups and deliveries through external transport companies or in-house drivers. Documentation/administrative processing Register and follow up on repair issues, pre-sales, and after-sales. Register and follow up on insurance cases. Coordinating car park and fleet readiness. Making sure all purchased cars are presentable and accessible. Assistance to salesforce if necessary. Are you energetic, disciplined, and passionate about cars?
