As Head of Product Development, you will drive the development of current and next generation of electrical converters, ensuring CE+T Power remains at the forefront of the industry. You will lead a dynamic team of engineers, combining technical mastery with visionary leadership to deliver world-class products that exceed customer expectations and drive the company’s strategic growth.

* Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with Product Management, Software Development, Validation, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure rapid and robust product delivery.
* Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of technological advancements, integrating the latest innovations to maintain CE+T Power’s competitive edge.
* Customer-Focused Solutions: Develop products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, enhancing CE+T Power’s reputation as a market leader.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with:
* A master’s degree in Electrical or Electronical Engineering (or a related field).
* Minimum 7 years in power electronics development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Strong experience developing firmware for power electronics applications.
* Excellent people management skills to develop team members, steer activities, unite the team, inspire and stimulate creativity, lead change.
* The ability to think strategically, by anticipating industry trends, and to translate strategy into operational tactics.
* An adaptable communication style, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and tailor messaging to suit their needs and preferences.
* Skills in building consensus among diverse teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment towards shared objectives.
* An innovative mindset that promotes a culture of creativity, proactivity and initiative-taking. Focus on solutions, you’re showing a real resilience.
* Proficiency in managing complex development projects from concept to delivery, using agile methods and projects management tools.
* In-depth knowledge of certification standards (e.g., CE, UL) and compliance processes.
* Fluency in English and French, others languages are a plus.
Your team?
Your team is divided into three sub-teams:
* Product development (based in Belgium & Luxembourg):
o 8 direct reports
o Leading development for current and new-generation products
o Firmware and Hardware Engineers
* Product Development (based in India):
o 1 direct report and 6 indirect reports
o Leading development and maintenance for current and legacy products
o Essentially Electronical and Mechanical Engineers
* Product Industrialization (based in India):
o 2 direct reports and 5 indirect reports
o Leading production bench development for all CE+T Power products. These benches are used to test, validate and configure all products and the end of production line.
o Software and Hardware Engineers
