Your Tasks
As Media Lead, you will play a key role in the visibility of our brand across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will coordinate all ATL and digital awareness campaigns and work closely with our media agency to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll play a central role in shaping our media strategy and planning, ensuring our investments are steered toward the highest business impact. You translate insights and market dynamics into clear strategic choices, guide our agencies and internal teams, and help define how we show up in the market. Your work directly influences brand strength, commercial performance, and long-term growth.
* Planning and executing ATL and digital awareness campaigns across the Benelux
* Ensuring smooth delivery of offline and online media activities
* Managing timelines and coordinating all required campaign materials
* Acting as the day-to-day contact for our media agency
* Providing clear guidance and safeguarding accurate execution
* Preparing campaign performance reports and sharing insights
* Monitoring budgets, managing invoicing and supporting optimisation discussions
* Shaping the media plan for Benelux, ensuring our investments drive real impact on brand and business performance
Your Profile
You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams and partners. You keep an overview even when things move quickly, and you take ownership of your work. You are structured, analytical and always looking for solutions.
More specifically:
* You communicate clearly and confidently
* You are proactive and organised
* You can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* You bring solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
* You understand ATL and digital media
* Experience in retail or similar dynamic environments is a plus
* You speak Dutch and/or French and you are fluent in English
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar
* Around 2-5 years of relevant experience
