Mission Overview
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Specialist Domain Corporate Actions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Mission Context
Within the Client Servicing Securities Invest team, you will reinforce the Corporate Actions domain in Brussels. The service is responsible for processing securities operations for clients, including notifications, collecting instructions, accounting, and reconciliation on client accounts. The ambition is to deliver high‑quality service with strict respect for deadlines, contributing to overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Actively limit and prevent operational risks related to new Capital Gain Taxation (CGT) by processing team requests accurately and on time.
Ensure client satisfaction by enabling correct taxation of their transactions, maintaining a database with acquisition prices of taxable securities, and running VBA runners.
Work closely with team members and promptly raise alerts in case of anomalies.
Language Requirements
You communicate easily in either Dutch or French.
Basic knowledge of English is required.
Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree in the financial sector or equivalent by experience, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Required Experience / Knowledge
Very good expertise in Excel.
Ideally, first experience with the client and knowledge of HARM & TPX tools.
Knowledge of securities, corporate operations, and taxation is an advantage.
