We are highly active in private equity deals. Relying on the firm’s strong banking team, we are also well-positioned to assist in the structuring and documentation of the financing of acquisitions or projects. /ph3strongKey requirements /strong /h3ulliYou are a Belgian qualified lawyer and you combine a profound interest in corporate and MA law with commercial awareness. /liliIf you have worked or studied abroad we consider this to be an asset. /liliYou are fluent in Dutch. Your level of English and French is suitable for daily use in a business environment.
