🚀 Prodware Belgium is expanding — and we’re hiring!

This role is part of Prodware Belgium, with recruitment facilitated by Westpole.


We’re looking for a Sales Business Development profile to help drive our growth in the SMB market and bring our digital transformation solutions to new clients across Belgium.

🌟 What you will do

* Proactively identify, target, and secure new SMB customers in line with Prodware’s growth strategy.
* Promote Prodware’s full value proposition, including ERP, CRM, Modern Workplace, and AI-driven solutions.
* Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients’ business challenges and collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain a transparent, high-quality pipeline in our CRM to support accurate forecasting and business planning.
* Achieve individual sales targets (revenue, margin, new client acquisition) aligned with company goals.
* Act as a strategic advisor early in the customer journey, guiding SMBs as they begin exploring digital transformation initiatives.


🧩 What you bring


* 5–10 years of B2B business development experience in IT, software, or digital transformation.
* Proven success in acquiring new business and selling business applications or digital solutions (ERP, CRM, data, AI, cloud).
* Experience with Microsoft ecosystem solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) is highly valued.
* Solid understanding of SMB business processes across finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
* Proactive, organized, results-driven — with a hunter and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Fluent in English and Dutch; French or German is an asset.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
