Responsibilities
* Provide on-site support as part of a regional OSS (On-Site Service) Engineers team focusing on infrastructure IT equipment and end-user computer experiences to ensure positive support-based service outcomes.
* Resolve workstation, mobile, hardware and software issues within SLAs using experience, knowledge and available resources via a ticketing system; coordinate with other resolver groups as needed.
* Follow ITIL-aligned procedures; document actions and activities performed on IT equipment.
* Offer break-fix and support for Microsoft environments (laptops, desktops, tablets and related hardware/software), including OS, Office and business applications, as well as mobility devices (Android/iOS).
* Image/re-image end-user IT devices according to client IT security policies.
* Support IT infrastructure equipment including large-scale office moves and related activities (printers and MFDs).
* Provide smart hands and eyes support for servers, network equipment and security devices on site, including access-related issues (smart cards, passwords, security applications) for home office users.
* Coordinate with vendors/contractors for end-user support and participate in outside-of-support projects as required.
* Provide IT support for on-site and off-site events and meetings; provide on-call IT support outside business hours and support disaster recovery/emergency response services.
Qualifications
* BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
* Approximately 3 years of technical experience in IT technical support and/or IT service delivery.
* Fluency in Dutch and English; site-specific language requirements may apply (site-dependent).
Additional Information
This role may require on-site and remote work as appropriate and may involve occasional travel or relocation depending on client needs.
