The project:
Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Process Expert for Fraud Cluster to join their team.
As E2E process manager, the Process Engineer:
* Will document and design business (sub)processes, taking the broader ecosystem into account : the strategic objectives of the bank, of the Fraud Cluster, other guidance from architects...
* Make the necessary adjustments to existing processes.
* Continuously strive to improve existing processes in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management (a.o. Fraud detection and prevention);
* If appropriate, contribute to defining the needs for and testing the changes to the applications, with regard to the three aspects mentioned above;
* Regularly monitor existing processes (based on key indicators, customer complaints, and contact with the reality on the floor...) and propose improvements
* Create and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy to consult...) documentation to comply with internal and external guidance and ensure continuation.
The Process Engineer also ensures appropriate guidance of the changes by:
* Clarifying the change management needs
* Carrying out or coordinating the various steps of change management at the appropriate time to ensure adoption by customers and employees of the new or changed processes (including the adjustments to the applications)
* Monitor change adoption and answers any questions after implementation of the changes (User support)
In an Agile environment, the Process Engineer is part of a multidisciplinary team (Squad / Cluster) that groups the competencies necessary for defining, building, testing and implementing a (part of a) product or service within a limited time span.
* In collaboration with his Business and IT partners and other stakeholders, actively participates in the reflection exercises during the ideation phases to ensure that the chosen solutions fits the needs.
* Commits herself/himself to deliver the work planned in a sprint or a quarter autonomously o.a. by estimating the scope and complexity of the tasks to be executed.
* Participates and contributes actively to cluster and squad ceremonies.
Is this you?
* Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French
* Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent through experience
* Minimum 7 years of experience
* Experienced / Expert PE (preferably with bank experience)
* Great knowledge of process management tools and methodologies (BPMN, Aris, ...)
* Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, ..)
* Notions of business architecture
* Knowledge of bank environment
* Excellent analysis skills and ability to structure and model
* Efficient facilitator and communicator (oral and written)
* Can strongly convince, influence and negotiate
* Is driven and tenacious for finding – creative – solutions
* Is customer-oriented and driven to meet expectations
* Efficiency driven (process optimization, efficiency..)
* Autonomous
* Is a team player
