What You'll Do
You're not just managing construction — you’re shaping the future of how fitness is experienced. You’ll take the lead in transforming commercial spaces into cutting-edge gyms, from the first sketch to the grand opening.
Here’s what your mission looks like:
* Evaluate the feasibility and potential of new gym locations
* Design layouts that blend function, strategy, and KRAFTWERK’s signature energy
* Oversee budgets, contractors, schedules, and approvals — you’ll own the entire project
* Handle permits, licenses, safety and local regulations with confidence
* Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality delivery
* Ensure each space is ready to launch: on brand, on time, and on budget
What We’re Looking For
* A background in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Project Management
* 5+ years of experience leading construction or refurbishment projects, ideally in retail, fitness or hospitality
* German fluency — essential to deal with local teams and permits
* English fluency — for internal communications across countries
* Expert in managing timelines, budgets, and people — with strong negotiation skills
* Proactive mindset and love for challenges — you turn obstacles into solutions
