1. You will ensure that customers' logistics activities and requests are properly coordinated and followed up
2. You will be the point of contact between the customer and operational colleagues (quality, administration, transport and warehouse), providing the necessary support to the teams
3. You ensure that you know your customer inside out, while understanding their expectations and needs and translating them into the implementation and execution of concrete actions
4. You deepen relationships with existing customers with a view to building long-term partnerships
5. With a Bachelor's degree in sales or logistics, you will have some initial experience in a similar role, possibly as part of a work placement.
6. You have a perfect command of Dutch and French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
7. You are comfortable with new IT technologies (e.g. MS Office); initial experience with an ERP system is an advantage
