Are you a hands-on person with strong spatial awareness?
As a truck loader, you ensure the efficient and accurate handling of our mushroom substrate.
* Load the correct quantities of substrate into the truck (with a machine, not forklift)
* Take sample materials and perform quality checks (e.g., temperature measurements)
* Record quality assessments
* Report important matters to the commercial manager and production team
* Maintain the loading supervisor’s workspace

Profile
What we expect from you:
* You hold a secondary education diploma (A2)
* You’re willing to work in the night, start 1h
* Experience with machine settings is a plus
* You’re not afraid to question things and take initiative
* You think in terms of solutions, cost-efficiency, and customer orientation
* Quality is key, and you’re always looking for improvement
* You speak Dutch, French, or English
