Key objectives of the job
Support the production environment 24/7 as well as the ITIL process and solve business and IT incidents (of increasing complexity) with innovative solutions to ensure that a maximum service level is provided to Customers on a 24-hour basis.
Develop and maintain RPA processes (BluePrism) for business customer and for maintenance team.
Prepare, set-up and maintain the different environments required, according to the project phases (development, testing...) with our infrastructure provider.
Implement, integrate and support third party software as well as internally developed applications within the IT Services.
Analyze problems and resolve issues and perform monitoring, tuning, optimization of performance of in-house IT applications as well as third party software whilst ensuring maximum availability and service to customers.
Expert on service operability, monitoring as well as application interfaces.
Privileged contact for operational IT process within the bank and versus external providers/clients.
Lead or participate in the operational meetings with our infrastructure provider.

Ensure the integrity of the production environment and implement upgrades or new products that are critical for the daily operational business.
Handle incidents and problems from a resolution or coordination point of view.
Create and update all documents related to applications/process and their supporting systems.
Be the link between development team, external providers and internal clients.
Continuous improvement on service quality.
Required knowledge AND experience
Mandatory languages: French and English and necessary language(s) for exercising the function
Banking techniques : Overall knowledge on banking activity
IT tools : Overall knowledge on: BluePrism (V7.4.1), Operating system Unix (Linux, AIX), Windows, Database Oracle, SQL, Application Server (WebSphere, Tomcat), Scripting (Kornshell/PowerShell/PL SQL/VB script), Network, Mobile devices and enrolment, Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office suite
More required knowledge : ITIL methodology (certified if IT Process Support engineer)
Experience (type + number of years) : 5 to 10 years
More requirements : Client & service oriented and good communication skills
