Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and versatile Delivery Manager to lead the on-site deployment, client training, and technical support for our cutting‑edge robotics products. You will be the primary link between our advanced technology and real‑world client environments. This role requires a unique blend of IT networking knowledge, hands‑on mechanical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills to ensure a seamless "last‑mile" experience for our customers.
Core Responsibilities
Project Deployment & Implementation
* Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, including unboxing, on‑site installation, network configuration, and system commissioning.
* Adapt and optimize robot integration within diverse client IT infrastructures (network topology, server environments, etc.).
Client Training & Enablement
* Conduct professional training sessions for clients (from management to operators) on product features, daily operation, and basic maintenance.
* Develop and refine bilingual (English/Chinese) training materials and user manuals.
Technical Support & Hardware Repair
* Perform on‑site diagnostics and hardware repairs for robots (e.g., sensor calibration, modular component replacement).
* Troubleshoot complex IT issues during delivery, such as connectivity problems or software configuration errors.
Stakeholder Communication
* Act as the primary point of contact, translating client feedback into actionable product insights for the R&D team.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or a related IT field.
Networking & IT Foundations
Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing/switching, Wi‑Fi deployment, and Linux command‑line operations.
Hands‑on Technical Skills
Proven experience in mechanical or electronic repair (e.g., servers, smart hardware, or precision instruments).
Communication Excellence
Outstanding verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences clearly.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English (written and spoken); capable of reading technical documentation and communicating effectively with international teams.
Industry Passion
A genuine enthusiast for the Robotics Industry, staying curious about the latest trends in humanoid or quadruped technology.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in delivery or technical support for robotics manufacturers (e.g., service robots, industrial automation).
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
* Willingness to travel for short‑to‑medium term on‑site assignments.
