What you'll be driving
* Designing and deploying ML models & Generative AI applications on Azure
* Building end-to-end MLOps pipelines (training → deployment → monitoring → CI/CD)
* Ensuring scalability, reliability & performance of AI solutions in production
* Championing Responsible AI (fairness, explainability, privacy)
* Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver real business value
* Mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
Who you are
* 5+ years as a Senior AI/ML Engineer with end-to-end ownership
* Strong in Python + ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* Experience with LLMs & open-source models (Hugging Face, GPTs, LLaMA, etc.)
* Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure ML, Data Lake, DevOps, AKS, AI Foundry)
* Skilled in MLOps, CI/CD, Docker & Infrastructure as Code
* A strong communicator who can lead, mentor, and influence
