Miller Graphics Group is seeking an experienced and commercially minded individual to take on the role of Group CEO. This position offers the chance to lead a well-established multinational organization in the graphic packaging industry.
The Group CEO will develop and implement a business strategy to support growth and enhance operational efficiency across various markets. This role is crucial in refining business models and adopting innovations that strengthen the company’s position in both traditional and digital spaces. The leader will promote initiatives aimed at optimizing performance and securing the organization’s international reach.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a business strategy to drive growth and improve financial performance.Ensure alignment and efficiency across operational areas, including sales, product development, and procurement, to maintain competitiveness.Lead digital transformation by integrating technologies and analytics to explore new revenue opportunities.Build a high-performing multinational leadership team while reinforcing the company’s core values.Monitor market trends to understand customer needs effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in strategic leadership and facilitating growth in competitive sectors.Strong business acumen and understanding of various organizational functions.Experience in driving digital initiatives and managing organizations through periods of change.Skills in leading multicultural teams and international experience in diverse markets.
