BNN Facility Manager

Role Overview
The BNN Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all facilities within the BNN region. This role ensures that all sites operate safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with the Atos standards. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for service providers, and corporate real estate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility Operations Management
* Ensure smooth daily operations for all BNN offices and sites.
* Oversee building maintenance, workplace services, security, cleaning, utilities, and environmental health and safety.
* Implement and monitor facility policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
2. Maintenance & Technical Oversight
* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Ensure timely resolution of issues affecting building operations.
* Oversee energy management and sustainability initiatives.
* Monitor and optimize facility performance, safety, and reliability.
3. Space Planning & Workplace Management
* Lead space planning and ensure effective use of office or site layouts.
* Support business expansions, relocations and refurbishment projects.
* Align workplace design and services with employee experience goals.
4. Vendor & Contract Management
* Manage contracts and relationships with facility-related vendors: maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, and technical services.
* Define service levels and evaluate vendor performance.
* Negotiate cost-efficient agreements and ensure high-quality service delivery.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control
* Develop and manage the regional facility operations budget.
* Track facility expenses and ensure cost control without compromising quality or safety.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on spending, KPI’s, and operational performance.
6. Health, Safety, Risk & Compliance
* Ensure all facilities follow safety laws, building regulations, environmental requirements, and corporate guidelines.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions.
* Coordinate emergency response procedures (fire safety, evacuation, business continuity).
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, security).
* Proven experience with vendor management and workplace operations.
* Project management experience (relocations, refurbishments).
* Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
