Are you a hands-on freelancer who thrives in a dynamic environment where sales, sourcing, and admin support intersect? A scale-up unit is seeking a Freelance Support Professional to work as the right hand of the Business Unit Manager. This is a key operational role in a fast-moving team delivering outsourcing solutions across Belgium.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
* Lead generation, prospecting, and preparation of client-facing materials
* Support in client meetings, presentations, and offer creation
* Coordinate RFPs and tender processes
* CRM maintenance and pipeline tracking
* Assist in territory planning and business development strategy
Recruitment & Sourcing / Staffing
* Intake of job requests and drafting profiles
* Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks
* Screening and interviewing talent
* Build and manage talent pools for ongoing and future needs
* Support staffing coordination alongside the Business Manager
Admin & Operational Support
* Manage contracts, POs, compliance documents, and archiving
* Prepare invoices, follow up corrections and outstanding payments
* Track key business metrics: revenue, margin, KPIs, forecasts
* Optimize internal workflows, maintain documentation and checklists
Profile
Must-Haves
* 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and sales
* Background in HR consultancy or staffing services is a plus
* Strong understanding of administrative and financial processes
* Fluent in Dutch and French
