Job Purpose: As a Solution Architect - Integration, you will be responsible for solution architecture and design of integration-related solutions and projects, contributing to integration strategy & architecture, and guiding the development and delivery of high-performance integration applications and frameworks to support strategic initiatives across all projects, releases, and enhancements.This role involves collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategize the integration of systems with other applications and technologies.Additionally, you will be responsible for detailed architecture, design, and governance of enterprise integration/middleware, providing procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure project compliance with overall integration architecture principles. Main Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Provide solution architecture in the integration domain, ensuring architecture standards, policies, and procedures are met across all delivery aspects, including automation-driven integrations. Strategy & Architecture: Contribute to and influence integration strategy and architecture, supporting high-performance, scalable, and automated integration frameworks. Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and compliance with policies and regulations. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, designs, workflows, and processes. Governance & Compliance: Govern enterprise integration and middleware solutions, defining and enforcing governance procedures. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with enterprise architecture teams, business users, and stakeholders to identify requirements and automation opportunities. Design & Implementation: Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions, including API-driven and event-driven workflows. Risk Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and establish automated monitoring and alerting. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality by enforcing principles, policies, standards, and leveraging test automation frameworks. Infrastructure & Deployment: Evaluate infrastructure components, focusing on automation in deployment, monitoring, and scaling. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and security teams to align efforts. Innovation & Improvement: Support new POCs, automation technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Leadership: Provide architectural direction, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with automation. Roadmaps & Migration: Develop plans for system integration, focusing on streamlining interfaces and automation. Relationships & Leadership: Foster relationships with architects, partners, and vendors; lead and mentor external consultants. Team Development: Provide technical leadership, motivation, and coaching to team members. Communication: Report and present project updates to leadership, emphasizing automation benefits. Technology Trends: Maintain expertise in emerging automation technologies and assess their organizational value. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field English proficiency Management development and leadership training (desirable) Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT systems integration, design, development, deployment At least 3 years in Integration Architecture in multi-platform environments Experience leading and developing technical teams Experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations in various scenarios Analytical, planning, and independent working skills Experience in international environments and consumer product/logistics sectors (advantage) Technical Skills: Understanding of process and data integration technologies and automation potential Expertise in integration concepts, patterns, and security protocols with automation focus Proficiency in middleware technologies like SAP BTP, webMethods, SAP DS, Datasphere, SAP PI/PO Knowledge of hybrid integration platforms with automation capabilities Experience with SAP and third-party integration tools and protocols Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and leadership skills Business process knowledge and ability to align technology with business needs Behavioral Competencies: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Critical thinking, problem solving, and managing external partners Creativity, conscientiousness, and effective priority management Ability to work in a global, virtual, and onsite team environment Willingness to travel We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks.
