Cost Leadership Role We are seeking an experienced cost management professional to lead pre-construction and cost planning activities for complex data centre and life sciences developments. This role will sit at a senior level within the business, combining technical leadership with client-facing responsibility, team development, and strategic input. * The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven professional from a consultancy or advisory background who is comfortable managing multiple projects, leading teams, and building long-term client relationships across international programmes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Main commercial and cost management lead for key client accounts 2. Takes ownership of pre-construction cost planning estimates & plans for large-scale MEP-intensive developments 3. Lends support in preparation & review of quantities,
