Job Description
As a Property & Leasing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximise property occupancy and rental income.
Managing tenant relationships, including lease negotiations and renewals.
Conducting market research to ensure competitive rental pricing and property positioning.
Overseeing property marketing campaigns to attract new tenants.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies in all leasing activities.
Preparing detailed property performance reports for management review.
Collaborating with property management teams to maintain high property standards.
Providing insights and recommendations for property portfolio optimisation.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Property & Leasing Manager Should Have
A degree in property management, real estate, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in leasing and property management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A good understanding of HK property market trends and regulations.
Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
