You will be part of a dynamic team within Health & Well-being department, collaborating with various business units on exciting projects concerning nutritional and label improvement of bakery, pastry and chocolate products.
Key Accountabilities
* You will perform bibliographic literature research on various nutritional subjects linked to sugar replacers, proteins, fibers, gut health and clean label.
* You will calculate nutritional values of new finished goods and recommend improvements.
* You will contribute to the organization of Health & Wellbeing internal events.
* You will follow health & nutrition related seminars and webinars, providing the team an executive summary.
* You will report and present regularly during team meetings, and meetings with other departments.
* You will contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of our tools and databases to enhance quality and consistency.
Who are we looking for?
* You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in food sciences, nutrition, food technology, bioengineering, or other related studies; with an interest in Health & Well-being and Nutrition.
* You are eager to learn more about the impact of food on health, new trends and healthy indulgence.
* You have good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
* You are dynamic, pragmatic, and proactive.
* You are fluent in English.
* You are genuinely interested in the world of bakery, pastry, or chocolate.
* You are looking for an internship lasting minimum 4 months in Brussels, Belgium.
