Your New Role
As an inside sales representative, you are responsible for preparing and following up on quotations that respond to your customers’ needs. In line with this, you manage customer contact and are the driving force behind general administration in collaboration with the account managers. You will be assigned to a specific international region, which you will further develop. Your goal is to maintain and grow relationships with both existing and new customers. You assist clients with questions regarding orders, stock, invoicing, etc. Additionally, you identify commercial opportunities with new customers and proactively initiate new collaborations to expand your customer portfolio.
Your Profile
You are a true team player who wants to achieve tangible results together with the team. Motivation, drive, and eagerness to learn are your greatest assets—in other words, you are a real commercial talent. To represent the company effectively, it is important that you have a strong technical affinity. You speak fluent English & French, and preferably another European language (Swedisch, Danish, Finnish or Dutch) as you will be managing an international customer portfolio. Finally, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and always ensure accurate follow-up.
Employment Conditions
After successfully completing a short trial period, you will be offered a permanent contract. You will receive an attractive salary (based on your experience). Additional benefits such as insurance, meal vouchers, group bonuses, etc. are of course included. Lastly, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home twice a week.
